Who can benefit from multisource or 360° feedback?
The simple answer: EVERYONETop-down or bottom-up feedback always has a pronounced bias. If you really want to foster the personal development of your team members, you have to use all viewpoints and perspectives on them.
In practice, this means getting feedback from colleagues at the same hierarchical level as well as from higher management and hierarchically lower employees. Ideally, this should be complemented by feedback from related professional groups.
But very important: prepared360 is not an HR tool for changing salary levels. We focus on improving personal growth and development. If these goals are mixed, the quality of the feedback given suffers enormously.
