During your specialist training, you will receive many workplace-based assessments. At least if everything goes optimally. ​

If your institution uses prepearedEPA, you are sure to receive numerous assessments according to the EPA scheme (Entrustable Professional Activities, i.e. all medical activities). Your supervisors can attach a feedback session to each of these assessments, which, by the way, takes only 35 seconds on average, and document one or more learning objectives at the end. You should then work through these as soon as possible.​
